Terms of Service

This page is maintained by the Grants501c3 team and describes the rules and expectations for using the platform.

Last updated: August 3, 2026. This is app-owned content, not legal advice or an independent certification. By using Grants501c3, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Membership

Grants501c3 is a paid, closed network for nonprofit fundraising teams. Access is $20 per year per organization. Your membership grants you and your team free access to all grant leads posted on the platform for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Eligibility

Membership is intended for organizations and individuals involved in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, or fiscal sponsorship. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that do not meet these criteria or that misrepresent their affiliation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform honestly and respectfully. Do not post misleading grant information, spam other members, harass anyone, or share login credentials across organizations. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the platform's access controls.

4. Content you share

You keep ownership of the content you post, but you grant Grants501c3 a limited license to display it to other members as intended by the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the grant leads, needs, and other information you share.

5. Payments and badges

Membership fees and optional profile badges are processed through the platform's payment provider. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated. Badge purchases are optional and only affect the visibility and features described at the time of purchase.

6. Termination

Either you or Grants501c3 may end the membership at any time. If your subscription expires or your account is removed, you will lose access to member-only content and features. We may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided as-is to help nonprofits find and share grant opportunities. We do not guarantee that any grant lead will result in funding, and we are not responsible for decisions made by funders or members.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact Bridge to Brilliance 501c3 at info@bridgetobrilliance.com.

10. Shared responsibility

Platform infrastructure, authentication, and security features are provided by Lovable Cloud. The app owner is responsible for member access decisions, moderation, and the custom business terms on this page. You are responsible for your account, your team's conduct, and the information you share.
